Last Thursday it was revealed that comedian Ellen DeGeneres wrote a letter addressed to her workers. In this one he apologised that the work environment has changed from "happy one", to a hostile one.

In the missive achieved by the entertainment portal E! News, DeGeneres assured that the attitude of its producers does not represent how it is personal, but took "full responsibility" as the show bears her name.

However, not everyone believed the comedian's apology. One of them was actor and standupman Brad Garrett, who tweeted about the situation and accused DeGeneres of knowing everything going on around him.

In addition to this, the actor of "Everyone Loves Raymond", said he said meeting people who were mistreated by the same presenter.

"I'm sorry, but everything comes from above in @TheEllenShow. I know more than one person who was treated horribly by her. It's common knowledge," he wrote on his Twitter account last Thursday.

The actor has been invited to Ellen's show six times, and this comment marked the first time anyone and Hollywood has talked about it.

In response to this tweet, severe users who also read the apology expressed the displeasure that the same caused them. Many tuiterous accused DeGeneres of making a false apology and in which he does not actually apologize, but points to his workers to take the blame.

"He takes no responsibility in his apology. e created that toxic environment. The people who spoke were specific about their own vile behavior towards them. Not just your staff or the people around you," one user wrote. "You said you took responsibility because your name is on the show, but then you did it on the same statement and threw your producers under the bus," another accused.

"As we grew exponentially, I have not been able to be aware of everything and I have trusted others to do their jobs, as they knew they wanted them to do. Clearly some didn't. That will now change and that I want to ensure that this does not happen again", explained DeGeneres in the epistle.

"If you still think Ellen is nice or a decent human being, read her apologies. REALLY read it. Never accepts responsibility and repeatedly condemns its staff. Just because she's done some good deeds doesn't deny the fact that she's treated people like shit too," added another user.

For now, there is no official news from the producers who were charged by former employees of the show. But 's Website The Hollywood Reporter reported that Ed Galvin, who is at the center of many of the most unpleasant claims, will be fired. "Once he's out, it'll be like a new day," explained a source close to the show.

According to Warner Bros. and the same comedian, both will work based on the results of the company's investigations and stated that will work together to determine the next steps they will take to correct the problem they found through internal research.

list to finish your own project

On the other hand, the Birtonic newspaper Daily Mail revealed that DeGeneres would be thinking of finalizing the project. According to the media, a source of the show's production company, Telepictures, said the host told the show's executives and Warner Bros. who's had enough and wants to get away from the program.

"She sent that she cannot continue and the only way to get her personal brand back from this is to close the program. The truth is, she knew what was going on, it's her show. The money stops with her. She can blame all the executives in the sun, but Ellen is ultimately the culprit," shared the fountain inside the production house.

She also explained that although Ellen asks the world in each episode to be "kind to each other" , in fact herself does not live under this motto and is the worst of all the heads of the show.

"Within Telepictures we've had enough of it. 's a phony who doesn't practice what she preaches. The behavior of her show executives has been terrible, but [Ellen] is no better. In fact, she's the worst. It's outrageous that she's trying to pretend this is all a shock to her. The fish rots from her head, and Ellen is the head, " sentenced the fountain.

This same person alleged that she has worked closely with the actress, noting that DeGeneres hates going to work, finds it hard to be nice to anyone and " has total contempt for her audience."

"He 've been faking it for a long time, and he just stayed for the money and celebrity he gives him. We have dealt with his lies for so many years, he is not innocent at all, it is not pleasant and the show is not full of happiness," he said.

In addition to this, the show's workers share some thoughts with netizens: DeGeneres didn't really apologize.

" Don't think for a minute anything you've said in that apology that means something. Ella created and then allowed this toxic culture to continue for so long. If someone had come to her or those three vile [executive producers] to complain, they would have been fired," explained a worker who wanted to remain anonymous.

For now, the employee of Telepictures explained that all negative reactions could have consequences, so they are in time to finish things.

"At this point, There's really no way to save the program from this public relations nightmare, so that Ellen is leaving may be the only way for this whole mess to go away. While it's our most profitable program during the day, we no longer earn the money we used to make from the program, because we have to pay it tens of millions of dollars a year to make an appearance," he said.

If disappearing, the production house will have to find a show to replace the lucrative schedule that currently occupies "The Ellen DeGeneres Show".
