The recall is for certain packages of Bunny Luv Organic Cut and Peeled Baby Carrots, Bunny Luv Organic Premium Petite Carrots, Cal-Organic Petite Carrots, Grimmway Farms Shredded Carrots, O Organics Peeled Baby-Cut Carrots and O Organics Baby Rainbow Carrots.

“The recall was initiated as a result of a routine, internal company test, said Grimmway Farms President and CEO Jeff Huckaby. “The health of our customers and the integrity of our products are our highest priorities, and we will continue to monitor and communicate as additional information is available.”

The following carrot products are affected by the recall:

There have been no reported illnesses to date.

The company also recalled certain shredded carrots and chopped carrots that were sold to food manufacturers and foodservice distributors.

According to Virginia Beach Police, the incident occurred around 10 p.m. Sunday when two men forced their way into a residence in the 3000 block of Kings Row Court demanding money.

Officers received numerous calls about a shooting on Brittain Road near Alphada Avenue shortly before 6 p.m. Akron police said they found a male with gunshots wounds behind a nearby home. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

It happened near the basketball courts at the park, located at West 133rd Street and Lorain Avenue, the Cleveland Division of Police said.

Surveillance cameras captured video of a woman violently attacking the owners of Chic Plus Beauty Supply store on Lorain Avenue in Cleveland at about 5 p.m. Friday. The owners' son, David Jo, said he did not learn of the attack until Monday morning, when his brother sent him a video clip.
