Where is the CB radio located in fortnite?

The CB Radio can be found on Believer Beach, the named location in the north-west of the map. Specifically, you'll want to go to the west side of the beach. This is a little different to what the challenge screen suggests - which points it closer to the centre of the beach than where it is. Where are the alien artifacts in fortnite Week 5?

Here's where you want to look: Pleasant Park: In the central park area. Misty Meadows: Build to the top of the Clock Tower. Believer Beach: In the attic of a green and blue house in the southeast. Forbes‘Fortnite’ Alien Artifact Locations: Where To Find The Week 5 Alien Artifacts

Alien Nanites are rather elusive, for some reason, and it may take you a while to stumble upon them. That being said, this guide explains how they spawn, some possible spots that worked for us, as well as how to deploy Alien Nanites once you've looted one.

Completing this challenge will reward you with 30k XP, which will help you unlock Battle Stars for the Season 7 Battle Pass.

Example of finding an Alien Nanite in Fortnite

Alien Nanites have two uses: they can turn specific guns into IO Weapons, working similarly to Nuts and Bolts, or can also be deployed to create a low gravity area. As such, an Alien Nanite is an item that has to be manually picked up.

Alien Nanite locations can be found:

The latter two are related - with Abductors taking you to the mothership - but if you are looking for Alien Nanites for the Week 5 Legendary Challenge, they have been disabled - at least on its debut.

Thus, you have to search for them spawning on the ground. Though they are classed as a common item, they appear to be rare, and for many players - including ourselves - have proven to be difficult to find.

In our experience, we found only a few after taking part in several matches.

Our main recommendation is to play as normal, perhaps completing other challenges as your main focus, but keeping an eye out on items spawning on the ground to see if it appears. The video embedded at the top of this page provides an example of what they look like.

If you are really struggling, while there is no guarantee that they will be there, we have marked the locations of where we found some with a degree of reliability near Pleasant Park (which is where you can also find alien parasites) - but, again, it might be easier to play the game normally as they can appear anywhere.

Alternatively, it might be worth waiting until Abductors return - assuming they will by the time the Week 5 Legendary Questline draws to a close.

After you get a hold of one, it's time to deploy it. For this, all you have to do is aim at any desired location and press the fire button to throw it.

This will create a field around the impacted area for a couple seconds, where you can float and do some quite peculiar jumps while inside. As soon as you deploy an Alien Nanite, the challenge will be over.

Now, it's time to take on the next challenge, which requires you to dance near Zyg and Choppy.

How to get Alien Nanites in Fortnite? » TalkEsport

TalkEsport 09 July, 2021 - 03:44am

Epic Games have always been bringing out new updates and challenges for their players. This is what makes Fortnite one of the most popular Battle Royale games in the world. This week, the new Fortnite weekly challenges came out and the players are facing difficulties in completing them and here is all the information about Fortnite Alien Nanites.

The challenges tell the players to find the Alien Nanites and for that, the players have to roam around the whole map as Alien Nanites can be randomly spawned anywhere in the map and can be found in any random loot or chest. They can be used as both, an item or a crafting material.

The players will have to look for a glowing cube in the game which will help them realize what kind of material it actually is. Alien Nanites will help the players to experience zero gravity on the island and they can be activated by throwing the cube just like a firefly jar. This is one of the tasks which has been introduced by Epic Games as part of their weekly challenges.

The latest Fortnite update has brought various changes in the game along with the challenges which include removing the mothership from the game, renaming a popular location on Fortnite’s map. The famous Holly Hedges will now be called Holly Hatchery.

There are also some other changes in the update released by Epic Games. The fans can check all the latest updates and challenges by reading the Fortnite patch notes which have been released on Epic Games’ official account.

Fortnite challenge guide: Eliminate trespassers

Digital Trends 09 July, 2021 - 03:44am

Fortunately, we’ve got all the information you’ll need to complete this challenge, including the locations of trespassers and the easiest ways to take them out. Here’s how to eliminate trespassers in Fortnite.

Finding the trespassers around the map is a tricky task because they don’t spawn in the same locations each match. The easiest way to find them is to look at your map and try to spot the purple, glitchy labels. They change with each match, but in the example above, you can see the Pleasant Park label is glitchy and purple, indicating the location of trespassers. As soon as the Battle Bus starts moving, make sure you open the map to find the closest location.

You shouldn’t worry too much about coming across other players, as our method of taking down trespassers can be completed before you even touch the ground — so it’s unlikely you’ll be attacked by an opponent. Once you find one of these locations, you’ll be ready to move onto the next step.

There are several different methods for taking down a trespasser in Fortnite, but before we get to that, there are a few things you should know. Trespassers are aliens that are either disguised as friendly NPCs or are found in flying saucers around the map. For the purposes of this guide, we’ll be walking you through taking down trespassers in flying saucers since it’s much easier. You need to defeat two trespassers to complete the challenge.

After you’ve found one of the locations mentioned above, make your way toward it from the Battle Bus, and as you land, you’ll eventually see flying saucers in the air. Your goal is to land on top of one in this area. If you miss, you can still attempt to take them down, but it’ll be much harder. Assuming you’ve landed on top of the saucer, all you need to do is walk over to the cockpit and slash the enemy with your pickax. It will take several strikes, but eventually, the trespasser will go down, and you’ll be launched into the air. Make sure to look out for the counter that appears on the left side of the screen, indicating you’ve eliminated a trespasser.

Don’t worry about taking fall damage from this, as you’ll be just fine upon landing. After you’ve received credit for the first trespasser, you’ve got two options. Either loot up and shoot down one more trespasser in the area or start a new match to repeat the steps from above. It would probably be faster to loot up and shoot down the second trespasser, but it’s easier to repeat the process of landing on top of a flying saucer in a separate match. Shooting down a saucer requires decent weapons, which comes down to luck, so you might want to just try for the second one in a new match.

Either way, once you’ve defeated two, you’ll complete the challenge and earn 30,000XP.

All Payphone locations in Fortnite

CharlieINTEL.com 09 July, 2021 - 03:44am

Fortnite Payphones let you get into contact with NPCs so that you can complete quests, and here’s how you can find all of the Fortnite Payphone locations.

Fortnite Season 7 has introduced several gameplay changes through the incorporation of Alien Parasites and Motherships. Additionally, characters like Loki and Superman have arrived as brand-new skins.

Payphones are another new addition to the battle royale that lets you get into direct contact with NPCs. This lets them provide you with messages and quests. This guide will help you find all the Fortnite Payphone locations on the map.

Fortnite Payphones have been integrated into existing locations where you would expect to find them in real life. You’ll often find them attached to the sides of bus stops and roads.

They’re bright orange in appearance, and you’ll know you’re approaching one of the Fortnite Payphone locations when you hear the phone ringing. A small telephone icon will also pop up on your map once you’re close enough.

We’ve made things easier by listing all of the Fortnite Payphone locations on the map below.

Once you’ve found a Payphone, you can interact with the ringing unit and then select a character quest from the wheel that pops up. Completing these will reward you with Gold Bars right away, so it is definitely worth your time completing this challenge by finding any of the Fortnite Payphone locations.

One of the Week 5 Legendary Quests in Fortnite Season 7 requires you to visit one of these Payphones to receive orders from the NPC Slone. Completing this weekly challenge will reward you with 15,000 XP.

That’s all you need to do to complete this weekly challenge in Fortnite Chapter 2, Season 7. You can also check out our guide on how to level up the Season 7 Battle Pass as fast as possible or how to get and use the new Alien Nanites.

The latest batch of Fortnite’s weekly challenges have arrived, so here’s how to complete Week 5’s Epic and Legendary Quests.

Fortnite Season 7’s Battle Star system lets you choose which items from the Battle Pass you want to purchase. If you want to unlock cool skins like Rick Sanchez, you’ll want to earn as much XP as possible.

There are some brand-new Epic and Legendary Quests to earn a ton of XP each week. Last week’s challenges tasked you with finding infecting animals and destroying hiding places. Week 5 has different objectives to complete.

Here’s every challenge in Season 7, Week 5, with full guides on how to complete them.

Fortnite’s Week 5 Quests have now arrived, offering you a ton of XP for completing both the Epic and Legendary Quests.

Here’s the full list of Epic Quests for Week 5 of Fortnite Season 7:

To kickstart Fortnite Season 7’s fifth week, you can complete these Epic Quests. These are all quite simple and can be completed passively as you play Season 7. Many of these focus on causing damage and destruction.

The task to destroy Computer Equipment is similar to one of the Week 2 Quests which required you to destroy equipment at Satellite Stations. You can check out how to complete this week’s task in our guide.

IO guards returned to Fortnite, and they play a big role in this week’s challenges. You’ll need to deal damage to them and then use their weapons to dish out pain. To complete this quest, you can visit their spawn locations.

Trespassers will be piloting UFOs in invaded locations on the Island. Once you damage a Saucer with the Pilot still inside, you’ll be able to eliminate them and complete two quests at once. Keep an eye out for Supply Drops to loot while you’re at it.

Here’s the full list of Fortnite Chapter 2’s Season 7 Week 5 Legendary Quests:

You won’t need to search around the whole map to find a CB radio to use, as they can be found in different parts of both Retail Row and Believer Beach. You can check out their exact locations in our guide.

Slone will give you orders once you visit a Payphone location. Zyg and Choppy can be found in the lower levels of an office building at the Hydro 16 Dam. Dance in front of them to complete this task, but be careful. Choppy isn’t as friendly as it seems.

Alien Nanites arrived in the battle royale as part of the 17.20 update. You can learn more about finding and deploying them in our guide. We also have a separate article for finding Alien Parasites to infect you. Sunny’s location on the map is in our NPCs guide.

There are multiple spots where you can place Welcome Gifts in Holly Hatchery, but you only need two to complete this challenge. That covers all the Legendary Quests! You’ll get a whopping 165,000 XP for completing all of the stages.

Here’s how you can complete the Fortnite Season 7, Week 5 Legendary Quest to place Welcome Gifts in Holly Hatchery.

Fortnite Season 7 has brought many new additions to battle royale. There are Alien Parasites and Motherships on the Island, Loki is available as a new skin, and there are new weekly challenges to complete.

One of the Legendary Quests in Week 5 requires you to place Welcome Gifts at Holly Hatchery, previously known as Holly Hedges. This location has changed into a farm for alien eggs in Season 7.

Here’s how you can complete this Quest quickly.

Luckily, there are plenty of locations within Holly Hatchery for you to place Welcome Gifts. They’re not particularly well-hidden, and you only need to place two Gifts in order to complete this Fortnite Legendary Quest.

Most of the Welcome Gifts will be outdoors, and they’re all marked by blue outlines.

Here are all of their locations within Holly Hatchery:

Once you find one of these locations, simply interact with the glowing blue Gift Basket marker to place it. Do this at two different locations at Holly Hatchery, and you’ll successfully complete this Legendary Quest.

This will net you 30,000 XP, and you can get a whopping 165,000 XP for completing all of the stages of Week 5’s Legendary Quests! So be sure to complete these Quests when you jump into the battle royale.

That’s all you need to do to complete this weekly challenge in Fortnite Chapter 2, Season 7. You can also check out our guide on how to destroy Fortnite Computer Equipment at Satellite Stations or Corny Complex.

The IO Guards have returned in Fortnite Season 7, so here’s how to find them and claim their IO tech weapons.

The Imagined Order, IO for short, is an organization that first appeared in Fortnite Season 5. They had several outposts and headquarters around the Island but were then removed for Season 6.

Now, Season 7 has brought these enemies back, and you can battle them if you want to get yourself some cool tech weapons. They spawn from elevators around the map and will attack and chase nearby players.

Here are all the spawn locations for IO Guards in Fortnite.

There are a total of 10 different IO Guards spawn points around the Fortnite map. They’ll often pop up next to flyable UFOs. It’s well worth landing nearby and fighting them early as each guard drops Gold Bars.

Here are all the IO Guard spawn locations in Fortnite:

To make things a bit easier, we’ve jotted down all of these locations on the Fortnite map below.

Once you clear out a group of IO Guards, use this map to find the next group to receive more gold to purchase and upgrade weapons. You’ll also be able to get your hands on some cool IO tech weapons.

They take quite a lot of bullets to kill, so fight them from a distance, and they’ll miss the majority of their shots. Once they are knocked, you can give them a shakedown and they’ll reveal the location of the rest of the IO Guards in their group.

Fortnite: How to get infected by an Alien Parasite and talk to Sunny explained

Eurogamer.net 09 July, 2021 - 03:44am

Considering Sunny's location isn't exactly one surrounded by Alien Parasites, this presents an interesting obstacle to overcome.

After roaming around the battle royale map for a while, we've found a spot nearby that should make this challenge a breeze. Doing so will reward you with 30k XP, which will help you unlock Battle Stars for the Season 7 Battle Pass.

Story Trailer For Fortnite Chapter 2 - Season 7

As you might have noticed in the previous challenge, Hydro 16 is filled with Alien Parasites, which would make for a guaranteed go-to in order to complete this task. The problem is that it's quite far from Sunny's location.

In case you haven't greeted her yet, Sunny can be found all the way up on Believe Beach's coast. It's a long way from Hydro 16, so we're going to avoid doing that. Instead, you will be landing east of Pleasant Park near the spots marked on the map below:

Based on our experience, this was the closest location we could find that always had Alien Parasites around. The exact spawns may vary, of course, but it won't take you long to see the green hatching eggs.

When in doubt, you can look for infected chickens, as in most cases that's a signal of a nearby parasite.

After you've found a green egg, get close enough (on foot) for the parasite to break it open and attach itself to your head. Now, we highly recommend for you to secure a car to get to Believer Beach. We have seen vehicles near the bridge, as well as in Pleasant Park's gas station.

From there, all you have to do is drive to Believer Beach, which shouldn't take you long. By nature, Alien Parasites will detach themselves momentarily from your character if you happen to get in touch with water, but this does not apply if you're in a car, so just head towards Sunny at full speed.

Sunny is on the right side of the pier. In order to complete the challenge, you must have the parasite still attached to you, and then talk to her. After the dialogue, the task will be over. Keep in mind that players have been killing Sunny in several matches we were in, so try and follow these steps as soon as possible!

Alien Artifacts Fortnite Week 5 All Locations

Fortnite Insider 09 July, 2021 - 03:44am

As you’ll know by now, we have five new Legendary quests releasing every Wednesday followed by the release of Epic quests on Thursday. Three of the legendary quests were related to new content that was recently added to the game.

Although there wasn’t a major update, Epic Games still released a content update on Tuesday. Alien Nanites, a new NPC, and changes to Holly Hedges were among the changes and additions in the hotfix update. Players needed to deploy nanites, dance near the new NPC, and place gifts in new Holly Hedges.

With the release of the Epic quests today, we also have new Alien Artifacts to find and collect around the map. Fortnite Alien Artifacts allow players to unlock new styles for the customizable Kymera Fortnite skin. The first set of Alien Artifacts released on Tuesday with the season launching on that day. Since then however, they’ve been releasing on Thursday at the same time challenges are released.

Some weeks we’ve had four artifacts and other weeks we’ve had 5. For Fortnite week 5, we have a total of five Alien Artifacts to find and collect and here are the locations for each one.

Here’s a list of all the locations where you can find and collect the Alien Artifacts for Fortnite week 5. Below the list, we have a map with all the locations marked to help you find them as quickly as possible.

Here’s the map with all the Fortnite week 4 Alien Artifacts thanks to Twitter user Notbober:

Fortnite Trespassers locations - where to find them and how to eliminate Trespassers

Gamesradar 09 July, 2021 - 03:44am

This is how you encounter Fortnite Trespassers so you can eliminate them

To find Fortnite Trespassers, you first need to locate Fortnite UFOs that are being piloted by NPCs, rather than other players or the unattended ships you can hijack in certain locations. To do this, check your map screen and look for the named locations that are glowing in purple – these are randomized but there will be three of them in each match, and each location will have three Fortnite Trespassers flying around in saucers above.

Once you've located a ship piloted by one of the Fortnite Trespassers, you then need to shoot it down so you can take care of the occupant. A Rail Gun is the best weapon for this task, but any gun with range will do the job if you focus your fire. Be wary that as soon as you start shooting it, the saucer will return fire with its Energy Cannon, so as soon as you see a shot charging up you should switch position so you don't get caught in the blast.

Once the saucer is smoking and crashes down to the ground, one of the Fortnite Trespassers will emerge from it and start looking to take its revenge on you or anyone else who damaged their craft. They are armed with the Kymera Ray Gun which deals a large amount of damage, so when you're trying to eliminate Fortnite Trespassers you should stick to cover as much as possible. The Trespassers have 150 shield plus 100 health, but if you focus on headshots and keeping your fire rate up then you should be able to eliminate them quickly, before claiming their dropped Ray Gun for your arsenal.

Fortnite: Where to place welcome gifts in Holly Hatchery

PC Gamer 09 July, 2021 - 03:39am

How to complete this week 5 challenge.

Fortnite Season 7 week 5 is here, and with it comes a new batch of challenges. The alien invasion is still ongoing, but Epic wants us to run around the map to finish some quests to help progress the storyline.

After getting your orders from Sloane on a payphone, and interacting with a CB radio, you'll be ordered to place welcome gifts at Holly Hatchery AKA Holly Hedges. The longstanding Fortnite location has been not-so-subtly altered to become an alien egg...farm? At least these aren't the kinds of alien eggs that hatch and then grab onto your face... I think.

Anyway, Holly Hatchery is a pretty sizeable location, so it can be difficult to know where to place welcome gifts. We've done the work for you so you don't have to waste time searching. Read on for our full guide on where to place welcome gifts in Holly Hatchery.

Welcome gift 1: In front of the house in the northeast corner of Holly Hatchery. Just look for the blue outline by the front door.

Welcome gift 2: Almost straight down from the first welcome gift, you'll find a second blue outline in front of the house at the south end of town.

All you need to do for either welcome gift is simply interact with the blue outline, and your character will place a tasteful basket full of...whatever it is these extraterrestrials call dinner, I guess.

That's it! Thankfully it's a short challenge, but if you need more help, check out our Fortnite page for more challenge guides and news. If you missed it, it looks like Lebron will be the next Fortnite Icon series skin.
