Limited Edition Xbox Series X Halo Infinite Console Pre-Order Guide

Gaming INTEL 25 August, 2021 - 09:04pm

Microsoft unveiled its new Xbox bundle during Gamescom Opening Night Live on August 25.

The console and controller feature an entirely new Halo-themed design, wrapped with a dark metallic paneling complemented by iridium gold. Not only that, but it powers on and off with custom Halo-themed sounds similar to the Halo 4 Xbox 360 console that released back in 2012.

The limited edition bundle will release in November, ahead of Halo Infinite’s release date.

If you’re looking to purchase an Xbox Series X anytime soon, pre-ordering a limited edition Halo one now could be your best chance!

You can find out how to pre-order the Halo Infinite Xbox Series X console below.

Since its launch back in November 2020, the Xbox Series X has been relatively hard to come by. While we still expect stock issues to continue with the Halo Infinite bundle due to its very high demand, some retailers are starting to go live with pre orders.

You’ll want to be lightning fast when checking out and pre ordering; stock is bound to sell out fast.

The Halo Infinite Xbox Series X Amazon pre-order placeholder listing has appeared. It’s expected to go live very soon.

As an Amazon associate we earn from qualifying purchases.

Similar to PlayStation Direct, Microsoft Store allows players to purchase Xbox consoles directly from the company who made them.

This was the first major retailer to put pre orders live for the Halo Infinite Xbox Series X on August 25, but they sold out soon after.

The first wave of pre-orders at Walmart went live on Wesnesday, August 25 at 5:30 PM PT / 8:30 PM ET.

Walmart usually releases stock in waves for high in demand products, so if you don’t succeed during the first restock always keep trying!

The product has already been listed on Best Buy, but pre-orders aren’t live yet. Pre orders are expected to go live very soon.

Pre orders went live already at Target on August 25, but sold out almost immediately.

Pre orders at Game went live on August 26, but sold out relatively soon.

Pre orders have already started on August 25 at various retailers, including Microsoft Store, Target, and Walmart. You will be able to pre order at more stores soon.

The console is priced at £479.99 GBP or $549.99 USD. This is a $50 premium compared to the standard Series X.

The console will be available on November 15, 2021 – the same date as Halo’s 20th anniversary!

The box contents will be mostly the same as the standard Series X. The only differences are that it will be a Halo-themed redesign of the console and controller, and includes a game download.
