Pippa Middleton and her husband James Matthews were spotted in attendance at Wimbledon on July 9, months after she welcomed their second child, Grace Elizabeth Jane Matthews.

Pippa, 37, and Matthews, 45, were all smiles as they were photographed watching the Championships.

Pippa, the younger sister to Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton, and Matthews married in May of 2017. Matthews proposed to Pippa in 2016 just a little under a year after the pair had begun dating.

The two were previously an item for a short period in 2012, according to the Daily Mail.

Carole described herself as a "hands on" grandmother during the interview.

"I want to run down the hills, climb the trees and go through the tunnel at the playground," she told the outlet. "As long as I am able to, that’s what I’ll be doing. I cook with them, I muck around dancing, we go on bike rides."

Pippa and Matthews share a two-year-old, Arthur.

George and William’s spat expected to span 'years’ if Duke does not take son to football

Express 10 July, 2021 - 02:31am

George delighted royal fans when he attended England’s game against Germany at Wembley stadium at the end of last month — and wore a suit which matched his father’s. England were victorious after scoring 2-0, meaning the team could go on to play Ukraine in the quarter-finals of the European Championship. William and his wife Kate, Duchess of Cambridge, rarely take their children to such public outings, so royal watchers deduced that their eldest son must have been very persuasive to twist his parents' arms.

Speaking just hours before England’s match against Denmark in the semi-finals, Ms Gripper said: “If I were Prince George — although the match kicks off at eight o’clock this week rather than the five o’clock match he went to last week — I think I would be like, ‘Dad, but England always win when I watch them at Wembley, it’s really important, I don’t mind if I have school tomorrow, it’s for the good of the nation, I have to be there.’”

However, Mr Myers pointed out that as a seven-year-old, George probably goes to bed around 8pm — when most matches start.

Ms Gripper said: “If we do win tonight and are playing on Sunday night (the final) that’s another eight o’clock, and can you imagine?”

She claimed George would “never forgive” his father for not letting him watch the final of Euro 2020 live.

Ms Gripper speculated: “It would be used against [William] for years and years to come on arguments.”

England were victorious in the semi-final match against Denmark, leaving the pitch with a 2-1 win — meaning football fans up and down the country are exhilarated to see England in the final of a men’s tournament for the first time since 1966.

Another royal commentator, biographer Duncan Larcombe, claimed: “Prince William is George’s absolute hero.

“He thinks his Dad’s the most perfect person on the planet.”

“Kate and William are at pains to never expose the children unnecessarily to the cameras but he twisted their arm eventually.”

After one of the Cambridges’ friends confided in Mr Larcombe, he claimed that Kate attended the game so she could stay with their son while William could meet all the dignitaries present.

He added: “George idolises his dad. That’s why we saw him looking so smart in his suit — he really wanted to dress like William.”

The royal commentator continued: “He’s becoming a pretty big character and has both of his parents eating out of the palm of his hand.”

As the couple’s eldest child, George is set to one day inherit the throne himself.

It’s believed that William told him about his fate last year, around his seventh birthday, but he still attempts to give the young royal a relatively normal childhood away from the public eye.

While Kate tends to hold the hands of their youngest children — six-year-old Princess Charlotte and three-year-old Prince Louis — William holds George’s hand, and regularly checks in with his son in public.

However, William is President of the Football Association (FA) meaning that when England play Italy in Sunday’s final, he is going to have to be there in an official capacity.

Kate is now isolating at Kensington Palace, after being notified that she had been in contact with a positive COVID-19 case, so it’s not clear if she will be able to attend the match and supervise George.

William also chose not to take George to the England vs Denmark game on Wednesday.

Prince William Saddles Up and Returns to the Polo Field

Yahoo Lifestyle 09 July, 2021 - 02:43pm

After over a year away from the polo pitch, the Duke of Cambridge made his return today for the 2021 Out-Sourcing Inc. Royal Charity Polo Cup in Windsor Great Park. The match raised funds and awareness for charities William supports with his wife, Duchess Kate, including Centrepoint, East Anglia Children’s Hospices (EACH), Family Action, Fields in Trust, The Forward Trust, London AirAmbulance, Mountain Rescue England and Wales, and Tusk. The duke suited up in his navy and white uniform with a mallet in hand as he raced across the green on horseback.

The last time William participated in a public polo match was in 2019, with his brother, Prince Harry, by his side. At the time, Duchesses Kate and Meghan were also in tow with their children. (Baby Archie was just months old at the time.) While the brothers went head to head on opposite teams back then, this time, Prince William competed solo. Kate was also not in attendance as she continues to self-isolate after being exposed to someone who later tested positive for COVID-19.

William and Harry just recently reunited in London for the official unveiling of the statue they commissioned for their late mother, Princess Diana.

"Today, on what would have been our Mother's 60th birthday, we remember her love, strength and character—qualities that made her a force for good around the world, changing countless lives for the better," the brothers said in a statement. "Every day, we wish she were still with us, and our hope is that this statue will be seen forever as a symbol of her life and her legacy."

He's held the regal moniker for 50 years.

With Prince Harry and Meghan Markle now financially independent of the royal family, it draws a lot of curiosity as to how Prince Charles will be dividing his funds moving forward. The most recent Clarence House annual accounting report tabulated figures from April 1, 2020, to March 31, 2021, so the last monies paid to the Duke […]

“It was a literal run-in as we almost collided,” the fan wrote of the “magic” royal sighting.

Despite some lingering tensions between Prince Harry and Meghan Markle and the royal family, the couple might be planning to travel to England as early as this September. Prince Harry’s recent visit to the United Kingdom appeared to be one full of sentiment and mending bonds, as the royal joined his older brother, Prince William, […]

This timing has to hurt! This past Friday, Kate Middleton, Duchess of Cambridge, attended Day Five of Wimbledon to the great delight of onlookers and fans — then, hours later, she found out that she had been exposed to someone who tested positive for COVID-19. Kate began isolating that evening and has since skipped a […]

"The whole country will be behind you," William wrote to the team ahead of their historic final match this Sunday.

Was the goodwill seen between Prince Harry and Prince William at the Princess Diana statue unveiling short-lived? The highly anticipated reunion appeared to be relatively relaxed and happy, but now insiders are saying things are still very tense between the brothers amid the royal rift. According to a Mirror insider, Harry is seen as an […]

Earlier this summer, the Duke of Sussex said, "We've been lucky so far, she's very chilled and seems happy to just sit there while Archie is running around like crazy."

The Duchess has been Patron of the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club since taking over from the Queen in 2016.

Last week’s Princess Diana statue unveiling might not have solved all of the royal family’s problems, but it did signal a wonderful moment of unity for Prince William and Prince Harry. The day was about honoring their late mother on what would have been her 60th birthday. The feud was set aside and the legacy […]

Prince Harry already left London after attending Princess Diana’s statue...

The palace confirmed that she's not experiencing any symptoms.

Babies have a way of bringing families together, and the same is true even for the royals. According to an inside source, Kate Middleton and Meghan Markle have bonded since Markle and Prince Harry welcomed baby Lilibet Diana on June 4. “Tensions have eased between Meghan and Kate,” the insider told Us Weekly. “Kate even […]

The princess has been away from her family for several months while recovering from surgery in South Africa.

Royal commentator Kinsey Schofield told Insider that the brothers' joint statement may have been inspired by Prince Charles and Diana.

The Duke of Cambridge hosted an afternoon tea solo while Dutchess Kate self-isolated after COVID exposure.

This week, the duchess had to stay at home after being exposed to COVID-19.
