Tom Girardi allegedly gave "not one" f---k about his infidelities.

Erika Jayne accused her now-estranged husband of cheating on her — and not denying it — on Wednesday’s episode of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills."

Jayne, 50, told her castmates over dinner at Kyle Richards’ home that she "never" went through 82-year-old Girardi’s phone or belongings during their marriage until her friend Yolanda Hadid split from David Foster in 2015.

"After Yolanda divorced David, I just opened that phone and I was like, ‘Wow, OK,’" she told the women.

Jayne alleged she found "evidence" of a "years-long" affair the now-disgraced lawyer was having in the form of text messages and pictures.

"I knew a lot because it was so hard to hide and, you know, he was sloppy," she said.

The "Xxpen$ive" singer went on to claim that Girardi did not deny being unfaithful to her during their two-decade marriage.

The couple married in 2000, and Jayne filed for divorce in November 2020. She first accused Girardi of cheating on her in December.

For her part, Jayne denied having affairs with music mogul Scooter Braun and her "Dancing with the Stars" partner Gleb Savchenko.

Braun, 40, married Yael Cohen in 2014 and filed for divorce Wednesday. Meanwhile, Savchenko, 37, was involved in a messy split of his own earlier this year.

Jayne and Girardi’s divorce is ongoing. He was recently placed under a conservatorship due to a "major neurocognitive disorder," per court documents.

"The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" airs Wednesdays at 8 p.m. ET on Bravo.

Erika Jayne Reveals How She Found Out Ex Tom Girardi Was Cheating for Years Before Divorce

Yahoo Entertainment 22 July, 2021 - 06:00pm

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Erika Jayne has had one hell of a year. After filing for divorce from husband Tom Girardi in November 2020, Erika was sued in tandem with her lawyer ex for embezzlement and fraud, with the official complaint alleging her split was a "sham" defense.

On top of all that, Erika has been opening up to her RHOBH co-stars about not feeling "loved" by her estranged husband and what ultimately lead to her decision to walk away for good.

During tonight's episode, which aired July 21, Erika broke her silence about realizing Tom was unfaithful after his car accident in 2018. "I was just assuming he was with some other woman," Erika revealed to her co-stars. Tom was apparently unconscious for 12 hours following the crash, adding to his already-declining health as Erika described on the series.

As for "what woman" Erika believed Tom was with that night?

"Any of them. You can take a pick," she said. "You guys have no idea what I've been living through, no idea what I've been through. This is my life."

Kyle Richards admitted that she heard "rumblings" about Tom cheating, telling Erika, "So you're with an 81-year-old man and he's cheating on you?"

"Yeah, isn't that some s––t?" the singer responded.

In fact, it was former co-star Yolanda Hadid's divorce from David Foster that inspired Erika to look more closely at Tom. "I never had gone through my husband's phone, I never touched his papers, I never touched anything," she explained. "And after Yolanda divorced David, I just opened that phone and I was like wow, OK."

Erika continued in a confessional: "I found the evidence. It's was text messages, it was pictures. I felt like it was years-long. Well, I know it was."

According to Erika, Tom was "sloppy" about hiding his extra-marital relationships.

Kyle inquired, "Does he deny it?" to which Erika replied, "Nope."

Tom has never publicly commented on claims of infidelity.

When asked why she stayed, Erika said, "Where am I going? He told me straight up, ‘This is my house.' Where am I going?"

A source close to the Bravo star told E! News in December 2020 that Erika filed for divorce from Tom due to infidelity, claiming that "there has been more than one woman" to come between the attorney and "Pretty Mess" singer during their 21-year marriage. Erika officially cited "irreconcilable differences" as the cause for the shocking break-up.

It's clear RHOBH will only get more insights into Erika's divorce proceedings from the mid-season teaser

Erika Girardi revealed that her marriage to Tom Girardi had been strained for years and also alleged that he cheated on her during Wednesday's episode of RHOBH.

The 49-year-old reality star in the season 11 episode titled Affairs And Accidents also shared that a car accident involving Tom, 82, had been a coverup of sorts.

Erika's revelations came after Kyle Richards, 52, brought the women to her house in La Quinta for a desert getaway.

It was reported during the trip that Tom had appeared in federal court in Chicago and had $2 million of their assets frozen by a judge.

'Everything comes to an end,' Erika said to the camera.

She told the camera in a confessional that she had not received 'one dime' from her estranged husband.

At Kyle's La Quinta house, the women arrived but wondered if Erika would show.

Kathy Hilton, 62, was proud of herself for driving solo out from Los Angeles. Once she got there she asked Kyle if she had a man who could help her unload her luggage.

'I don't have help here,' Kyle told her.

'Did you bring a house man?' Kyle asked Dorit Kemsley, 44 .

In a confessional Kyle said, 'Sorry, Kathy, but this is not the Waldorf Astoria. No I do not have a bell man.'

Kyle then went out to help her sister with her luggage.

Dorit's driver carried her bags up the stairs to her room.

Crystal Kung Minkoff, 35, and Sutton Stracke, 49, complimented each other in the kitchen while helping to unload the groceries.

Lisa said she knew there had been a court hearing earlier in the day regarding Erika's estranged husband Tom. Dorit said she heard that the government froze all of Tom's assets because it was determined that at least $2 million was used inappropriately.

'So when they freeze money does that mean that you can't touch it?' asked Lisa.

'No, you cannot touch it,' Dorit said.

She read them the article that said Tom and his law firm had been held in civil contempt for failing to listen to court orders by not being able to examine where funds went in the Lion Air flight settlement.

'The most disturbing part of it is the $2 million dollars that was supposed to go to the orphans and the victims of the plane crash,' Lisa said to the camera in a confessional.
