When does Robin Williams movie come out?

It's out on demand Sept. 1, 2020. The comedian's widow, Susan Schneider Williams, chose the film's title to reflect his legacy. "We had been discussing what we wanted our legacies to be in life," she explains in a statement. CNETRobin Williams documentary reveals his final days and final wish

James Franklin provided an update on starting quarterback, Sean Clifford, during his weekly press availability after practice on Wednesday.

The good news is that it doesn't sound like the injury will keep Clifford out for an extended period of time. This was generally assumed when the senior was seen throwing a football and moving around normally on the sideline against Iowa, but the update from Franklin cements the idea that the undisclosed injury doesn't appear to be one that will end his season at this point.

Clifford has been outstanding to begin the 2021 season, throwing for 1,482 yards and completing 66.3% of his passes through a little less than five and a half games. His grasp of the offense and his decision-making have been thoroughly impressive and the Nittany Lions are capable of beating anyone when he is on the field.

The smart money is likely on backup Ta'Quan Roberson drawing the start against Illinois given how poorly the Illini have played and the fact that a trip to Columbus to face Ohio State looms a week later. Franklin and the coaching staff will want to give Clifford as long as they can to heal up as much as he can before the biggest game of the season.

It was a welcomed and positive update from Franklin, especially after the disappointing news that defensive tackle PJ Mustipher is done for the season with what appeared, at the time, to be a lower leg injury.

Jamie Costa’s Robin Williams video is impressive, if a bit icky

94.5 The Buzz 13 October, 2021 - 06:13pm

As mentioned, the video is causing a stir among fans because it’s a fantastic impression. But the internet tends not to understand just how painful these kinds of videos are to people. Case in point, Robin Williams’ daughter Zelda said on Twitter that people were “spamming” her with the video.

Guys, I’m only saying this because I don’t think it’ll stop until I acknowledge it… please, stop sending me the ‘test footage’. I’ve seen it. Jamie is SUPER talented, this isn’t against him, but y’all spamming me an impression of my late Dad on one of his saddest days is weird.

Robin Test Footage Showcases Amazing Robin Williams Impression, and Fans Want the Full Movie

ComicBook.com 13 October, 2021 - 05:28pm

Earlier this week came a surprise video that has taken the internet by storm, one wherein some filmmakers and fans have shot a test sequence for what would in theory be a Robin Williams biopic. Simply titled "ROBIN Test Footage Scene," the five minute scene has been trending on line (notably on YouTube too) and has already racked up over 1.8 million views. The video, which features actor Jamie Costa performing as the late comedian, has many fans praising it so much that there are calls for the feature-length version to be commissioned. You can find the video below along with the fan reactions.

In the "Test Footage Scene," Costa appears as Robin Williams, having previously made headlines and gone viral for his impression of the comedian after his death in 2014. The scene itself is a moment between Williams and his Mork & Mindy co-star Pam Dawber, played by actress Sarah Murphree, ahead of shooting a scene on the popular sitcom when she breaks the news to him that his fellow comedian John Belushi passed away the night before. Costa goes through a wide array of emotions and beats as Williams in the sequence, among the many reasons fans are eager to see it become a full film. The scene is directed by Jake Lewis, who co-wrote it with Sam Lewis and Jamie Costa,

WOW. 😳 This is beyond an impression… it’s like Robin Williams jumped into Jamie Costa’s body in a effort to get his well-deserved bio-pic made already.

And, it made me sad all over again. 🥺 #HireThisManNow https://t.co/whAxi7aVMP

I had to double take. WOW. pic.twitter.com/lXp1xi6RGt

I've seen the recent video of Jamie Costa's "test footage" and his portrayal of Robin Williams is amazing, and I also agree we need a #RobinWilliams biopic. pic.twitter.com/Dzcy1g2lA5

I don't often get goosebumps from something truly uncanny, but this is quite magical footage - even when he just says 'no' with sadness, the resemblance is remarkable. If a biopic does get made with Jamie Costa as Robin Williams, get a great script & director to do it justice? 🤞 pic.twitter.com/WMMvspNiNR

Can we get a biopic like this?#JamieCostaForRobinhttps://t.co/1jkqOpMwYD
